Acquisition Professionals LLC is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Resource to lead the development and implementation of best practices related to knowledge management techniques, web-based applications, and collaborative tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Power Apps, and Power BI. This role requires the ability to assume a leadership position, develop standards and processes, and effectively enhance organizational collaboration and knowledge-sharing practices.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Power Apps, and Power BI. This role requires the ability to assume a leadership position, develop standards and processes, and effectively enhance organizational collaboration and knowledge-sharing practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of standards and best practices surrounding knowledge management and collaboration techniques.
- Manage and administer SharePoint sites, including content management, permissions, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools utilizing MS Power BI.
- Design, build, and implement custom solutions using MS Power Apps to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess knowledge management needs and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of internal and external websites to facilitate information sharing.
- Provide technical training and support to staff on the effective use of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and other knowledge management tools.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, information systems, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge and proven expertise in SharePoint administration and configuration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience creating and managing custom applications in MS Power Apps.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Experience in website development and maintenance supporting knowledge management functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage projects, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain required security clearances (Top Secret - TS/SSBI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Capable of working independently and leading project teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational priorities and technical environments.
