Job Summary:
Acquisition Professionals, LLC, seeks a Project Management Support Specialist to work for our Government Customer in Marietta, GA.  Special project management, organization coordination, and public relations management are crucial to effective staff coordination, enabling the separate branch chiefs of the G-1 office to produce a unified staff product to the G1 and support senior headquarters staff. Project Management includes experience with Microsoft Office software and extensive social media functions on behalf of the G1, and successful candidate must complete the certificate in Social Media Management at Georgetown University, Washington, DC.  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, synchronize, and de-conflict calendars to support Readiness events for the G-1 with all
    organizations within the GAARNG. 
  • Compile and distribute weekly slide presentations, coordinating with branch chiefs and enforcing
    professional standards for presentation. 
  • Perform statistical analysis when gathering and summarizing data so that qualitative and quantitative
    information can be used for decision-making and performance measurement. 
  • Manage supply requests not to exceed $3,000 per month. 
  • Manage maintenance work orders for the office suite. 
  • Coordinate monthly location for statewide conference, execute site preparation, and synchronize
    products to be used. 
  • Coordinate, monitor, and provide assistance with research, programs, and support.
  • Prepare, compose, update, and edit a variety of internal and external correspondence, forms, and
    reports. 
  • Prioritize and track time-sensitive events and suspense dates to ensure timely completion. 
  • Receive and distribute US postal items, as well as internal organizational official and informal
    distribution. 
  • Input, retrieve, and store data for reports. 
  • Prepare graphic presentations to support office operations. 
  • Research, compile, analyze, and summarize data to provide accurate information for briefings,
    reports, presentations and meetings. 
  • Provide coordination support for the G-1 plans section. 
  • Coordinate conference calls between headquarters staff and subordinate elements of the
    organization. 
  • Provide administrative assistance for quarterly SRP events. 
  • Use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports, to include
    spreadsheets, briefings, charts, and graphs.
  • Process and maintain all administrative records. Safeguard sensitive information. 
  • Ensure office space remains in a professional appearance. 
  • Make use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media outlets to post
    content on a daily basis. 
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy. 
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams. 
  • Manage and oversee social media content. 
  • Measure the success of social media campaigns. 
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization. 
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network. 
  • Develop social media strategy for brand awareness. 
  • Make use of web traffic metrics to assess effectiveness and develop reports. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.   
  • Use social media marketing tools. 
  • Explore audience and buyer persona research.
  • Define most important social media KPIs. 
  • Execute a variety of coordination and administrative support functions, such as researching
    information, compiling data, preparing reports, and responding to customer service calls.
Education/Certifications:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent. 

Required Qualifications: 
  • 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledgeable and experience using electronic media, including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.)
  • A high level of initiative and strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent communications skills, oral and written.

  • Must possess and ACTIVE DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
